My MD Mobile
- This application is customized for each hospital, and for the Dell Streak Tablet. It will also run on other Android Tablets and phones.
- The application interfaces to hospital Operating Room back end systems - such as iMDSoft MetaVison or others - to extract the list of
cases for a day, per Anesthesiologist or Surgeon, and displays the data in an easy to read format. Physicians select one case to see more data.
- Displays the vital signs for the selected case.
- Displays all of the currently active cases, all of the cases for the current day, all of the cases for tomorrow, per physician or per OR.
- Allows the user to edit the electronic chart.
- Allows the user to page and send a text message (SMS) to another user, the page is sent with an interface to the hospital paging system.
- The application operates in a highly secured environment. The application can be set not to use the 3G mobile network and to access the hospital records only in WIFI
mode when connected to the secure hospital WIFI access points. When in 3G, all data transmissions are encrypted.
- Upon leaving the hospital network, or closing the application, all data is erased, no data is cached on the device.
- Other security features are installed to prevent unauthorized use.

This screen shows all of the currently active cases organized for one physician and sorted by Operating Room.
The user has also the option of navigating the application using the tabs at the top of the screen ans well as selecting one case which launches the case review screen.
The data is requested through a Web Service from the hospital OR back end system.
